Health Grade 6
This course is designed to cover the ten major health strands with some hands-on activities that students can relate to. Students will practice and learn the six major life skills: make decisions, set goals, obtain help, manage stress, practice refusal skills, and resolve conflicts. With these skills, students will have the skills they need to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Journal entries, mini projects, online and offline quizzes and tests will be used to check students understanding of material covered.
