In this course you will learn new strategies to help you read and understand fiction and non-fiction text. You will be challenged to read and write your own poetry and to write a full report about animals in an online writing workshop experience. The course has many small assignments and journal responses for you to share what you are learning with your teacher. You will also take a test and complete a larger assignment at the end of each unit.
