English 7A is a Language Arts course that consists of both composition and literature. The course is divided into units that are comprised of a Short Story, Non-fiction, Poetry and a novel. During this course students will be required to read an excerpt from a drama as well. Students will develop research skills and create original writing using the writing process in each of the units. The course is designed to be an interactive learning experience and contains several different media and technology tools throughout.
