This is a 4th grade mathematics course. In this course the student will be learning about addition, subtraction, place value, monetary amounts, comparing numbers, weights and measurements, graphs and charts, geometry, and multiplication and division. To the student: We are about to begin an exciting adventure together! We will be learning a wide variety of mathematical concepts this year. We will be using everyday objects, as well as some special math materials to help us learn this information. You will be amazed to find out how much math you use each day without thinking about it. By the end of this course, you will be an absolute math whiz!
