Students will gain a thorough understanding of music by studying the elements of music, musical instruments, music history as well as music advocacy. Students will be introduced to the orchestra and composers from around the world. They will be required to be a composer, performer, instrument inventor, and advocate. Students will be assessed by completing quizzes, tests, projects, wikis, blogs, and discussion boards.
