This online physical education course focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to develop a plan for lifelong fitness. The student will be participating in activities both online and offline. Online collaboration is encouraged through journals, blogs, and wikis. Components of physical fitness, muscular fitness, and nutrition are studied online culminating in projects at the end of each unit. Students will also track their own fitness in a journal of their offline activities through the four units.
